Why use the SRS?
This system has been designed to allow you to view the open comments made about your course(s) in a powerful and flexible way.
Open comment areas on the end of course surveys give students the opportunity to expand on the answers to the closed questions and are a rich source of additional information about the student experience.
For example, you may want to know what were the positive aspects mentioned by students who were satisfied with their tutor support, or what it was about the course materials that stopped students from keeping up with the study calendar. You may be interested in internet access, and where students who didn't have broadband access mentioned that this was a problem in their studies. You can answer all of the questions, and many more, using the SRS.
Getting access to this system
The SRS contains images of comments exactly as they were written by students. Therefore, access to the tool is restricted under data protection guidelines.
First time users should complete this form to request access.
